PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Over thirty years experience in the real estate profession. Prior to 1984, acted
as a sales agent with extensive background in new construction, existing single family
residences, land splits, panelized and manufactured housing covering cities and suburbs
in Stark, Carroll, Richland, Lucas, Wood and Senecca counties in Ohio. Awarded
Professional of the Year by the Ohio Association of Realtors in 1984. Retired from real
estate sales. Since 1984, appraised individual residences, condominiums, 2-4 family
units, building sites and special interst residential use properties. Specialized
in Stark County; appraised in Caroll, Wayne, Tuscarawas and Summit counties upon request.
Reviewed appraisal reports. Served as adjucnt instructor for Principles of Real Estate
Appraisal and Fundamentals of Real Estate Finance at Stark State College. Served as
adjunct instructorfor Principles of Real Estate Appraisal at Walsh University.
Participated in the HUD 203K program as a consultant, plan reviewer and appraiser. In
1998 and 1999, participated in an appraisal consortium to evaluate over 900 subsidized
rental buildings comprising more than 2000 individual units for the Stark Metropolitan
Housing Authority. Negotiated water utility easements for Consumers' Ohio Water
Service. Served as adjunct instructor for Real Estate Appraisal and Real Estate
Finance at Stark State College. Served as a contract vendor to the Stark County
Commissioners and Regional Planning Commission for scattered site residential
rehabilitation projects.
