Accuracy and Reliability - Our appraisals are developed and reported in compliance with the requirements of the most current version of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) as adopted by the Appraisal Standards Board (ASB) of the Appraisal Foundation. We use multiple data services and use only verified data. Experience - Hottle & Co. has been serving the appraisal needs of Stark County since 1983. We have performed thousands of appraisals on all types of residential properties: typical homes, luxury residences, manufactured housing, condominiums, special interest residential use properties with acreage and out buildings, homesites and 2-4 family income properties. State Certified Appraisers - Two state certified residential appraisers prepare appraisals that meet the most current version of USPAP and the highest standards of integrity, objectivity, independent judgment and ethical conduct. Adequate Knowledge and Data Sources - Two state certified residential appraisers exceed the current state continuing education requirement of fourteen hours per year. The appraisers maintain an extensive multiple source data system on-line that includes public records, subdivision maps, property transfers, geo-coded census tracts, internet and FEMA flood maps.
