PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Over eighteen years experience as an independent fee appraiser in all types of residential applications: new construction, existing single family, 2-4 family, building sites and special interest residential use properties in Stark County. Reviewed appraisal reports. Designed a 2600 square foot personal residence and acted as general contractor supervising its construction in 1988. Participated in the HUD 203K progras as a consultant, plan reviewer and appraiser. In 1998 and 1999, participated in an appraisal consortium to evaluate over 900 subsidized rental buildings comprising more than 2000 individual units for the Stark Metropolitan Housing Authority. Negotiated water utility easements for Consumers' Ohio Water Service. Served as a contract vendor to the Stark County Commissioners and Regional Planning Commission for scattered site residential rehabilitation projects.
